Please return your registration form and workshop selections via email, fax, regular mail or in person, with you method of payment. You are only officially registered upon receiving full payment and your workshop choices. We accept credit card registrations…
Cancellations and Substitutes. Registration is non-refundable. Fees may not be carried over to the next conference year.
Substitutions may be made up to 5 working days before the conference. Conference Registration is $50. Dates: Thursday & Friday @ 7:30pm are OPEN to the public, Saturday @ 9am & Sunday @ 7pm are for REGISTERED ATTENDEES ONLY!!!
